Laguna Green is situated in the Costa Blanca countryside and has wonderful views over the surrounding lemon and orange groves, as well as the area’s famous salt lakes. With a selection of bars, shops and restaurants on the resort, a 9 hole golf course which will be open by the end of 2009 and the area’s beautiful beaches just 10 minutes away by car, Laguna Green is a wonderful and privileged place to spend time on holiday or indeed to live full time. The Fairway Bungalow is a terraced property with two double bedrooms (master en-suite), a family bathroom, a living room/diner and a well-equipped kitchen which comes with all the appliances fitted. There is also pre-installation for air conditioning and the bungalows have a private garden, parking and a large rooftop solarium, as well as use of the community’s pool. There is limited availability of these Fairway properties and they have a heavily reduced price, so please enquire as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
