The Fairway Townhouse is a terraced property with two double bedrooms (master en-suite), a family bathroom, a large living room/diner and a well-equipped kitchen which comes with all the appliances fitted. There is also pre-installation for air conditioning and each townhouse has a private garden, parking and a large rooftop solarium, as well as use of the community’s pool.
