From beginning to end everything at QSD has been wonderful. The people are superb and really re-assuring and have gone out of their way to make sure everything is 100% spot on. With the QSD build quality being far greater than one would get in the UK, we now have a better property than previously owned in the UK, for the same money. The move from the UK to Spain was far less painless than we expected and that was down to all the assistance and advice received from QSD. We had everything translated for us and as a result had nothing to worry about.
On our return last week to sign up with the Notary, your staff were exceptional and again your hospitality was amazing, showing what a brilliant service QSD offer and with such a friendliness too. We both feel we have made a lot of new friends in you and your staff during our brief two visits and needless to say, we can't wait to come back!

Due to our disappointment with a previous attempted purchase through another company, we approached our QSD visit with some caution to be honest. Our requirements were modest we wanted a 2 bed apartment with 2 bathrooms, but our budget was not very big, so we knew we were asking for the almost impossible.
Our QSD agent dealt with us in a friendly , patient and courteous manner. He showed us several properties which fulfilled our requirements but which sadly didn't float our boat. After telling him this, instead of being frustrated with us, he accepted the challenge and within a short while, he found us exactly what we wanted.
The legal side of the purchase was explained clearly and handled efficiently and the after sales service was also excellent.
We now have our chance to live the dream thanks to all the friendly and helpful people at QSD. We still pop into the office occasionally when passing, to say a quick “Hola”.

We travelled to Spain under our own steam and had appointments with 3 different agents. We were shown a variety of properties within our price range by all of them, but we chose to buy from QSD because of their friendly and efficient service.

In 2007 we decided to buy a small apartment in Spain for our holidays. I started to search on the internet and sent inquiries to several property companies. QSD responded immediately and we got answers to all of our questions. We decided to visit Spain and QSD showed us a lot of different apartments.
Finally we decided to buy our new apartment from QSD, it was all very easy. QSD took care of all the paperwork and a couple of months later, they handed over the key to our new apartment.
After the purchase, the lawyers from QSD have also been a great help to us to concerning tax and insurance issues.
